Carpe Diem accepts referrals from many agencies within Ontario.  Although our focus is on children within the “latency age” group, we also consider infants and adolescents. As an agency, we believe in the therapeutic power of the correct placement “match”, and so we often like to meet the child and worker before recommending placement.  Of course, we are also available for short-term and emergency placements when required.

Please have as much information as possible available for Mike.  Of particular help are previous Plans of Care, any assessments which might have been completed, or any available school records. Of course, geographical ties will also be considered.
